They seem to have a "we know everything" attitude, and without communication this creates a distance - a distance between the broker and the customer, into what's happening with their money, where it's going, and why. And with this distance, you get very little help.

I had encountered this for years, and wanted to improve upon it. I want to educate my clients, make them understand the market a little more, and be a real advisor to how they are investing their savings. I also want them to know my history, and where I got my experience. So they have confidence me as well as their portfolio.
